Fees

We deduct a fee from each payment before settling the balance to you. Your fee is made up of a percentage service charge plus a fixed per-transaction fee, both set for your account.

How your net settlement is calculated

For each payment, the amount we settle to you is the gross amount, minus the service charge, minus the per-transaction fee:

net settlement = gross amount − service charge − per-transaction fee

The service charge is a percentage of the payment amount. The per-transaction fee is a fixed amount applied to each payment.

Your service charge percentage and per-transaction fee are set for your account and shown in your dashboard. For the exact rates that apply to you, check your dashboard or your merchant agreement.
